Privacy & Community Guidelines.
Our promise
TTC Haven exists to be a soft, private space for women and couples navigating infertility. Privacy and emotional safety are not features here — they're the foundation.
What we collect
When you join TTC Haven, we collect only what we need to keep your account secure and your community matching meaningful: your email address, a chosen username, and the stage information you share with us. We do not collect or display your real name.
What we never do
- We never display your real name in the community.
- We never read your private journal entries.
- We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
- We never share your information with third parties for marketing.
How your data is used
Your information is used to operate the app — to match you with a stage-based group, to keep you signed in, and to provide moderation. That's it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or change what's stored about you at any time. Email Info@ttchaven.com and we'll handle it personally.
Community Guidelines
TTC Haven is a community held together by trust. To keep this space safe for everyone, we ask members to honor a few quiet agreements.
- Speak from your own experience. Share your story, not assumptions about anyone else's.
- Lead with kindness. Even when you disagree, choose softness.
- No unsolicited medical advice. Share what worked for you. Leave the rest to clinicians.
- Honor privacy. What's shared in TTC Haven stays in TTC Haven. Never screenshot or repost members' words.
- No selling. No promotion of products, services, or programs without permission.
- Tell us if something feels off. Use the report option, or email Info@ttchaven.com. We'll handle it carefully.
Changes to this policy
We'll communicate any meaningful changes to this policy clearly and in plain language — never as a buried email.
